Prohibition of Retaliation

The Company will not retaliate against an individual who reports discrimination or provides information concerning alleged discriminatory action. Nor does the Company condone or support any such action by others. We encourage immediate reporting of any alleged retaliation, since retaliation would constitute a serious violation of Company policy. Should a person under Company control be found to have engaged in retaliation against an individual for reporting unlawful discrimination, such person will be subject to disciplinary or other appropriate action.
