Introduction

Citi-Urban Management Corp. (“Citi-Urban”), its affiliates including Jonis Realty Leasing, LLC (“Jonis”; together with Citi-Urban, hereinafter the “Company”), and their dedicated real estate professionals are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all aspects of housing-related services. The Company prohibits discrimination based on gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, and any other factor that would be illegal under federal, state or local law. Discrimination will not be tolerated and may cause any breaching agent or employee to become subject to disciplinary or other appropriate action.

Coverage

The Company’s non-discrimination policy applies to all Company employees and agents. Although the Company does not control independent contractors, non-employees, clients, and other third parties who conduct business with the Company, it is the Company’s view that all such persons and entities are required to honor the Company’s non-discrimination policy.

Prohibition of Retaliation

The Company will not retaliate against an individual who reports discrimination or provides information concerning alleged discriminatory action. Nor does the Company condone or support any such action by others. We encourage immediate reporting of any alleged retaliation, since retaliation would constitute a serious violation of Company policy. Should a person under Company control be found to have engaged in retaliation against an individual for reporting unlawful discrimination, such person will be subject to disciplinary or other appropriate action.
